Precautions for AGV use

1. Do not overload. When the AGV exceeds the limited load, it will affect the normal use of the AGV, damage the service life of the AGV, and even bring safety hazards.

2. When stacking items on the AGV, the principle of "stable, firm, and appropriate height" should be followed to avoid "inverted triangles" and "top-heavy".

3. If abnormalities are found during the AGV handling work, the AGV should be stopped in time, and the technicians should be notified to analyze and solve the problem, and then start working after the AGV returns to normal.

4. Regularly clean up the dust and debris on the AGV body and keep it clean and hygienic; when the AGV fails, non-operating personnel are not allowed to disassemble it at will.

5. After the AGV handling operation is completed, check whether the driving wheels, bearings, mechanical anti-collision sensors, obstacle sensors, and path detection sensors are normal.

6. Regularly add some lubricating oil to the transmission mechanism of the AGV drive wheel, which can increase the service life of the AGV trolley.

AGV handling realizes the automation of production logistics, and solves the problem of automated logistics transportation between different floors.
